AN APPOINTMENT?
Telephone 0844 815 1428 (please note that calls to this number are charged at
standard BT Lo-call rate; of 5 pence per minute; other networks and mobiles may vary)
or call in at the health centre between 8.30am and 6.00pm.
Surgery times are: 8.40am - 12 noon and 2.30 - 6.00pm. (Afternoon surgery times
may vary slightly.)
Please state whether the appointment is urgent or routine.
ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance.
If a doctor requests to see you for a follow-up appointment please make this
on your way out.
48 HOUR APPOINTMENTS will be offered to see the first available
GP and can be booked by telephone each day from mid-day or call in.
The 48 hour appointments are
for problems that cannot wait for a routine appointment.
BOOK ON THE DAY APPOINTMENTS Appointments are limited and available mornings only. Please telephone after 8.30am.
GENUINE EMERGENCIES will be dealt with on the day.
Please
cancel any unwanted appointments, so that we may offer them to other patients.

OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?
Should you need a home visit due to illness or infirmity, telephone 0844
815 1428. It helps doctors plan efficiently if you make your requests before
10.00am giving some indication of urgency.

SPEAK TO MY DOCTOR?
You can book to have a telephone consultation with a doctor. He or she will ring you the same day at a convenient time on the telephone number you have given.
